    When I bought my refillable mug over 20 years ago, I was told that it was good for life. Is Disney still holding to that agreement?

    Hi Ann!

    Unfortunately, Disney's current policy is the refillable mug is only good at the resort you purchased it in and only for that stay.  In other words, if you were staying at the Polynesian and purchased a mug, it would be good during your entire stay, but not if you came back to the Polynesian next year.

    I do have a nice collection of mugs collected over the years since the program started.  They just came out with a new design this year.  I do think it's a nicer design than the previous design used for the past several years.  I miss the days when each resort had its own design; I hope Disney goes back to that one day.
