Welcome to planDisney with an excellent question! We are thrilled to assist fellow Guests as they plan a magical Walt Disney World Resort vacation!

I am sorry the pandemic impacted your travel plans, but I am happy to hEAR that you still have plans to visit The Most Magical Place on Earth! Did you know that you can try changing the dates of your tickets online or via the My Disney Experience app? If your unused theme park tickets are still valid, sign in to your Disney account, visit My Tickets & Memory Maker, find the ticket you wish to modify, and select Change Ticket to choose new dates. You are also welcome to open the My Disney Experience app on your mobile device, tap the three horizontal lines at the bottom of the screen, and select Tickets and Passes to change your ticket dates. Please note that all modifications are subject to availability, and extra charges may apply.

planDisney tips: Before changing your tickets, please check Theme Park Reservation Availability to plan accordingly. After modifying theme park admission dates, be sure to make Disney Park Pass reservations for your visit dates.
