I bought a Pixar Hotel reservation with a 2-day ticket and made a reservation, but I can't see the eTicket anywhere. I can only see my park reservation. How do I access my eTickets?

Hey there, Punleuk! I’m so thrilled to welcome you to planDisney!

How incredibly exciting—your visit to the Disneyland Resort is just around the corner, less than two weeks away! And what a treat to be staying at the Pixar Place Hotel. From the colorful artwork celebrating beloved stories to the playful design touches that make you feel like you’ve stepped right into the world of Pixar, this hotel is bursting with charm. You’re in for such a fun-filled stay!

When it comes to finding your Disneyland Resort eTickets, one place to look is the confirmation email you should have received after purchasing your ticket. In that email, there should be a button labeled “Access Your eTickets.” Clicking it will take you to a page where all of your tickets are listed. If you’d like, you can even print them directly from your computer (including the barcodes) by selecting “Print E-Tickets” in the top right corner.

You can also quickly and easily access your tickets in the Disneyland mobile app. Just open the app, tap the menu (☰) button at the bottom of the screen, and then select “My Tickets & Passes.” Your tickets should magically appear there, ready to use at the parks' entrances.

If you’re still having trouble finding them, don’t worry! You can always call the Disneyland Resort ticket information line to be connected with a friendly Cast Member who will be happy to help.

And, Punleuk, since we talked about your hotel stay—get ready for some extra perks. Guests at Pixar Place Hotel enjoy access to a walkway across the street that leads directly into Disney California Adventure Park. I used it this summer, and it made getting to the park an absolute breeze. Another fun bonus right now is Pixar Putt, a special limited-time mini-golf experience featuring Pixar-inspired holes. I haven’t had a chance to play it yet, but it’s definitely on my list—it looks like such a fun way to add even more animated magic to your trip.

Punleuk, your upcoming adventure is shaping up to be filled with magic, laughter, and plenty of Pixar flair—I can’t wait for you to experience it all!

Wishing you a most enchanting visit!
