Hi there, Maureen, and welcome back to planDisney!
I love hearing that you captured memories by way of Disney PhotoPass during your last vacation to The Most Magical Place on Earth. From the iconic shots in front of theme park landmarks like Cinderella Castle to those fun Magic Shots (you never know what you’ll get!) to practically perfect on-ride photos, I fully understand why you’d want to download your photos as soon as possible. Let’s get into it!
The first way to download your photos is one-by-one in the
My Disney Experience App on your mobile device. Open the app, click on the three horizontal lines in the bottom right corner, scroll down to “Disney PhotoPass,” and select “Photo Gallery.” In the gallery, you can view your own and/or the photos of those on your Family & Friends List. Click the photo to enlarge it and select “save.” From there, choose your photo quality.
If you’d like to download your photos all at once, you’ll have to head over to the
Disney PhotoPass website on a desktop computer or tablet and log in to your MyDisney account. Follow these steps next:
-Find "View Gallery."
-Move the mouse cursor just over any one of your many photos until a gray check mark appears in its upper right corner and click the check mark.
-When a smaller version of the image appears at the top of the page, click on “select all visible media.”
-All visible images on the page will automatically be selected. If you have more images beyond the page, keep scrolling and those will be selected, too.
-Finally, select "Download" at the top of the page.
I hope that this helps you retrieve your magical memories, Maureen. Please revisit us here at planDisney if you have any other questions about your past or future trips.
I’m all ears! Magic always,
LeAndra
