    I bought the photo package on my cruise but the watermark is there.

    I’m sorry to hear that the watermark is blocking your smiling faces. I’m sure you’re anxious to relive all the fun you had on board. It can take up to 60 minutes after claiming your cruise photos for the watermarks to disappear. The Guest who added the photo package to their account must also be the one to link the photos with their Castaway Club ID. So, if someone else was in your stateroom, you might want to try their Castaway Club ID to see if this resolves the issue. 

    If you still need help, the next step would be to contact Disney Cruise Line directly for assistance. I’m sorry again that your vacation photos are on hold, but I have no doubt that you’ll be reliving your cruise memories watermark free in no time.
