If you
bought your tickets directly from the Disneyland Resort's website, it's possible that you already have reservations associated with these tickets. You may have received emails confirming this, but I'll also teach you how to check this on the website.
Log into your Disneyland Resort account, find the menu under "My Disneyland," and click on "
Ticket and Reservation Details." On the next page ("Theme Park Tickets & Reservations"), click on "View My Park Reservations." This is where you should see your existing bookings if you already have them.
If you can't see any reservations and you can see the PayPal charges on your PayPal account, you can
call the Website Support Cast Members at (714) 520-6222. They will be able to help you find the issue and fix it!
