I bought passes for 5 days at Disneyworld and now we only want 4. Can I make that change and get refund??

    Hi Jeannie! Welcome to planDisney!

You are only TWO days away from your visit to the Most Magical Place on Earth. You must be so excited! It is a great time to visit the theme parks with the return of some of the nighttime spectaculars like Happily Ever After, plus events like the EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival. You are in for a great vacation!

Unfortunately, Walt Disney World Resort theme park tickets are non-refundable and cannot be downgraded from a 5-day ticket to a 4-day ticket. When theme park tickets are wholly unused they can usually be applied towards the cost of a new ticket at another date. Since you will be using most of the days on your ticket, you won't be able to apply the cost to another ticket.

You can always stop by Guest Relations to see if there is anything they can do, but in my experience, the extra day just goes unused. My recommendation would be to try and rearrange your vacation plans and use the fifth day. What's better than some time at the Walt Disney World Resort? More time at the Walt Disney World Resort, of course!

I hope you have the BEST vacation, Jeannie! Please let us know if you have any other questions.
