I had bought 10 passes (for Canadians residents) for my family. Can I go myself alone, the day before we start to use them, with passeport of all of us to exchange certificate for true ticket? Do you need to see every one at that time? Thank you :)

Bonjour Julie! Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

The Canadian Resident Special Offer was such a great deal! I definitely picked up some Disney Theme Park Tickets for my family, too! The official word is that each member must be present when exchanging the certificates with proof of Canadian residency (Passport). You can exchange these at Guest Relations at Disney Springs the day before, or at the Disney Theme Park Ticket Window at the main entrance. This being said, I have heard of Guests who were able to exchange them in advance at the Disney Springs location, however, I do not recommend attempting this as it is valuable time that you could be spending relaxing at your Disney Resort hotel with the family!

I hope this helps you with your planning and that you come back and visit us again soon!
