Hi Scott,
We are thrilled to see you stopping by planDisney!
First, let me congratulate you on getting those tickets linked in the
My Disney Experience Mobile App! It also sounds like you have everyone connected through your Family & Friends List. My family has an upcoming trip so I just double-checked their tickets. They have different ticket numbers. I recommend that you
call to speak with a cast member in Existing Tickets. I recommend that you call with your daughter available as well because the cast member may need to access both of your MyDisney accounts. Before calling, double-check to see if her name is actually assigned to the ticket. If you have a confirmation email for those tickets, check that email again. Finally, scroll through all of your tickets on your mobile app to make sure you do not have an extra ticket there.
Looking at your arrival date, the good news is that you have some time! Once you have those tickets sorted out, take some time to finalize the rest of your plans. If you have not done so, make
advanced dining reservations, especially for
character dining experiences. I also suggest reviewing the details with
Lightning Lane Multi Pass and, if you are staying at a
Disney Resorts Collection hotel or other select hotel,
Lightning Lane Premier Pass.
Scott, I am sending a little extra pixie dust trusting that you will get the right ticket assigned to your daughter and you will be able to finalize those plans! In the meantime, let the countdown begin!
Magic and memories,
Donyell
