    I bought a pass for my grandson, received the email receipt, and then it disappeared from the app. How do I fix it. I called the passholder line and spent more than 30 minutes on hold.

    First off, I’m so sorry to hEAR that you’ve been experiencing issues with linking your grandson’s Magic Key to the Disneyland app. I know how frustrating this can be!

    As a fellow Magic Key holder, I’ve run into a similar issue recently, so I hope I can offer some suggestions to help you and your grandson. This happened to me last week as I was checking our Future Plans on the Disneyland app, since we were headed to the theme parks that afternoon, and I noticed that four of our Magic Keys were no longer showing up in the app. I checked my email confirmation and tried re-entering the Magic Key ID numbers in “Link Tickets & Passes" but I received a message saying they were all already linked to my account. So, I tried re-starting my phone, and re-starting my app to see if this would make a difference. Thankfully, after doing this, they re-appeared a little while later. So, my first suggestion would be re-starting your app and your phone. Also, it wouldn’t hurt to make sure you’re using the latest version of the Disneyland app as well.

    If none of these things help, I recommend either calling the Magic Key holder line at (714) 781-7277, or using the “Chat with Us” feature on the Disneyland app to see if a Cast Member has any other suggestions for you. If you’re worried about a long wait time on hold, I recommend calling first thing in the morning before wait times get longer.
