I bought the parking pass but I need to cancel it.

Aloha, Mina, and welcome to planDisney. Thanks for coming to us with your question. It’s always a good idea to explore your options when plans shift.

Mina, unfortunately, parking vouchers are non-refundable, so it's not something you can cancel or return. However, I do have some potentially good news – parking vouchers are valid for 24 months from the date of purchase, so you may still be able to use yours in the future. Think of it as a small head start on your next Disneyland Resort visit.

Here are some tips to help your day go as smoothly as possible.

    • If you haven't already, download the Disneyland mobile app. It's such a helpful tool at all stages of any trip. Before you arrive, you can use the complimentary Disney Genie service to craft the perfect itinerary based on your interests and priorities. On the day of your visit, you can use the app to easily scan into the park, check attraction wait times, mobile order food, make dining reservations, and much more. After your trip, you can even view any PhotoPass pictures linked to your account to relive the memories!
    • The Lightning Lane Multi Pass is a great way to fit more magic into your day. With it, you'd be able to access the Lightning Lane entrances at several attractions. These entrances lead to shorter lines, which leaves more time for fun. It also comes with the perk of unlimited digital downloads of PhotoPass photos taken that day, and augmented reality lenses that make for fun selfies taken with the app.
    • Did you know the entrance gates to the theme parks open a little early each day? Guests can scan into the park they have a reservation for and walk into the park (down Main Street, U.S.A. in Disneyland and Buena Vista Street in California Adventure) until they reach the ropes. As the park officially opens for the day, the ropes are removed, and Guests can make their way to their first attraction. I love being in the park in the morning – many attractions typically have shorter wait times compared to other parts of the day.
Mina, I hope this information has sprinkled a little bit of pixie dust onto your plans. While I know it's a bit of a Bibbidi Bobbidi Bummer that you can't return your parking voucher, I hope you can save it for a future visit and make the best of it. If you have any other questions, please let us know. We're always happy to help here at planDisney!

Wishing you magic at all stages of your visit,
