I bought park tkts, but as it is a WILL CALL tkt, my disney app can't link them, help please

    Welcome to planDisney, Jeri!

I am so sorry to hear that your tickets are not linking to My Disney Experience. Let's see if we can find a solution so that you can get back to planning your marvelous adventure. You mentioned the Disney app, so I am going to reference the My Disney Experience Mobile app and website when offering a few options. If for any reason you are referring to a different vacation application, I recommend speaking with a friendly Cast Member through the Existing Tickets line. You can reach them at (407) 934-7639.

My go-to advice is to always start with the simplest solution, and work our way from there. After you have created a My Disney Experience account and purchased tickets, you can link them through the website. Just in case the process you used was missing a step, let's go through this experience first. After logging in to your account, you will select "My Plans" from the drop-down menu. Here you will see five icons: Family & Friends, Resort Hotel, Park Tickets, Park Reservations, and Dining. When you scroll over Park Tickets a drop-down will appear with two options; Select Tickets and Link Tickets. As I am sure you have guessed, you will choose Link Tickets. The next page will ask you for ticket ID numbers. As your tickets are at Will Call, this may seem like a stopping point. But tickets can still be added from here! Under the sample ticket photo, you will see a series of images, including a "Will Call" ticket. When you purchased your tickets you may have received an email similar to this photo. This example shows you where to find the information you will need in order to add the tickets. Specifically, you are looking for a bar code with your ticket number. Enter the associated number found in your order confirmation. This should link your Will Call tickets. Once your tickets are linked, don't forget to make theme park reservations. Walt Disney World is currently utilizing the Disney Park Pass Reservation system for all Guests. You will need to make a park reservation in addition to having a valid ticket.

Jeri, if for any reason you do not have a confirmation email with the needed information or the ticket ID numbers will not link to your account after following the steps, please do not hesitate to call Existing Tickets. Although you can also link the tickets at a Guest Relations location after you arrive at The Most Magical Place on Earth, I don't recommend waiting. Theme park admittance is based on capacity regulations, so making a park pass reservation as soon as possible is essential. You will need to have your tickets linked to My Disney Experience to complete this step.

I hope that this information helps you continue to plan your upcoming magical and memorable vacation.
    We'll see ya real soon!
