planDisney, and thank you so much for reaching out with this question. What you're experiencing is completely normal when tickets are purchased digitally as part of a vacation package, so let's take a deep breath together because nothing is wrong with your reservation.
When you purchase a
Walt Disney World hotel and ticket package directly through Disney online, your tickets are not issued as paper tickets with individual ID numbers. Instead, everything lives digitally under one umbrella reservation. Shortly after booking, you should have received a confirmation email from Disney Destinations. This email is incredibly important, because it contains your official Disney confirmation number, and that is the key that links everything together.
Once you have that confirmation number, open the
My Disney Experience mobile app, sign into your account, and use the option to link an existing reservation. When you enter that confirmation number, your
Disney Resorts Collection hotel stay, theme park tickets, and any other components tied to your package should automatically populate and connect to your account. From there, your tickets will live digitally in the app, ready to be used with MagicMobile, a MagicBand, or a Key to the World card.
If for any reason you can't locate that confirmation email, or if you enter the number and things still aren't showing correctly, please don't stress. This is exactly what the
Walt Disney World help center is there for. A Cast Member can quickly look up your reservation using your name and travel dates, confirm your Disney confirmation number, and make sure everything is properly linked to your account. They're wonderful at walking Guests through this step by step until everything looks just right.
