Hey there, Connie!
It's exciting to see you're making plans for your Walt Disney World Resort vacation! For me, as a Guest just like you, the planning part of a Disney destination stay is always part of the fun!
The easiest way to check on the theme park reservations you made through the
Disney Park Pass system is to visit the
Walt Disney World Resort website and look in the "My Plans" menu area of your My Disney Experience account for the "Daily Itinerary" tab in the "My Plans, Reservations and Tickets" section. You should expect to see a daily listing of the theme park reservations you made through the Disney Park Pass system and a display of the other members of your travel party for whom you made the theme park reservations. You can also check your theme park reservations in the "My Plans" area of your
My Disney Experience mobile app.
Connie, I know you mention that you're seeing a Disney Park Pass system message that says the members of your party for whom you're trying to make a reservation already have a Disney Park Pass for that park for that day. I'm wondering if it's at all possible that those other members of your party might have already made their own theme park reservations? You might want to reach out to the Walt Disney World Resort Internet Help Desk team at (407) 939-7765 for additional assistance. The friendly Cast Members on the Help Desk team can work with you and look into what might be going on with your reservation planning.
I hope this info is helpful as you make your theme park reservations using the Disney Park Pass system. If you have any more questions as you make your vacation plans, or would like to get tips and recommendations, please feel free to ask us here at planDisney.
Connie, here's wishing you a wonderful Walt Disney World Resort vacation!
