I'm sorry to hear you're having some trouble tracking down your confirmed
ticket and park reservation information in your MyDisney account. I can imagine that would be frustrating, but let's see if we can get it sorted for you. If you made the ticket purchase while logged into your MyDisney account, you should see that the tickets and theme park reservations are already populated in your "
My Plans" section of the website or under "Future Plans" in the
official Disneyland mobile app. Be sure that you are logged into the same account under which you made the original ticket purchase.
If they're still not there, you may simply need to
link the tickets by manually entering the eTicket ID number you received in your email confirmation. Or, if you'd like to do this within the mobile app you can select the '☰' icon and then tap "My Tickets and Passes." From there, you'll have the option to select the (+) in the top right corner which will drop down a menu option to "Link Tickets & Passes." You can follow the prompts to use your mobile device's camera to scan the barcode or QR code or simply use "Type ID" to enter the eTicket's ID number. You'll likely need to repeat this process if you have multiple tickets for members of your travel party.
