Kaylie, I am sorry to hear that you cannot view your theme park tickets and Disney Park Pass details. Are you using the My Disney Experience mobile app? Have you tried downloading the updated version of the app? Sometimes I also get a message saying I do not have any plans and inviting me to link reservations to my Disney account. If this is happening to you, I suggest checking the app later. If you cannot see your tickets and theme park reservations after
signing in to your Disney account online, I recommend contacting the Disney Reservation Center at (407) 934-7639, and Cast Members will be happy to verify what is happening with your tickets and park reservations.
