Hi Luis. Thanks for reaching out to us here at planDisney.
So it seems like you got the memo that the four types of
annual passes went on sale on Thursday, April 20, 2023, and I'm hoping that by now you are a proud Annual Passholder! If so, you'll be able to enjoy the parks multiple times throughout the year as long as you secure your
Theme Park Reservations. Not only that, you get access to great
perks and benefits exclusively to Annual Passholders. If you have not yet secured your annual pass, you'll want to do so sooner rather than later as passes can (and likely will) sell out.
The activation date for new annual pass purchases is the first day you use your pass to enter a
Walt Disney World Resort theme park. You will need to use your pass for the first time within a year of purchase and it will be good for a year after your activation date. If you do not activate your annual pass within a year of purchasing it, you are usually able to use the value you paid for your pass toward the purchase of a new annual pass. Just keep in mind that you will be responsible for the difference in cost if it is more expensive at that point. Furthermore, no refunds will be given if the price happens to be less. Check out the
terms and conditions to help ensure you have the most current, up-to-date information.
Regardless of when you choose to activate your pass, you are bound to make so many magical memories at the resort. There is always something new to experience when you visit, including
many recently announced additions. And I cannot wait to experience
Tiana's Bayou Adventure when it comes to
Magic Kingdom Park in late 2024. Luis, we're almost there.
If you have any other questions, please feel free to
reach out again in the future.
The evening star is shinin' bright, so make a wish and hold on tight,
Matt
