Hello! I bought a 4- Park Magic Tickets for me and my son, starting ate January 26th, but in the My Disney Experience APP there is a message: Not Valid for Park entry, Show ID at ticket window to activate and save to wallet. What does it mean?

    Greetings Cristiana!

Late January is a great time to visit the Walt Disney World Resort. Crowds are typically lower, and the weather is often pleasant.

That message in My Disney Experience is actually pretty common for certain ticket types, including the 4-day Magic 4-Park Ticket. This unique ticket was made available to guests arriving from Latin America. The tickets allow one admission per ticket to each of the following parks: Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, Disney's Hollywood Studios, and Animal Kingdom. You and your son will have a great time exploring each park!

These tickets need one simple finishing touch before they’ll open the gates to the magic.

    Here’s the pixie-dusted plan:

    1. On your first day, stop by any Guest Relations location or a theme park ticket window.
    2. Bring a valid photo ID, like a passport. If the tickets are under your name, you’ll show yours; little Mouseketeers don’t need ID.
    3. A Cast Member will quickly verify your info, activate the tickets, and you’ll be good to go.
    4. After activation, you can add your tickets to your digital wallet with Disney MagicMobile, tap in with a MagicBand+, or use a physical ticket card.

planDisney tip: arrive a little early on that first morning so you can sail right into the fun once your tickets are activated.

You’re just one quick stop away from four fabulous parks and a whole lot of happily-ever-after!

    See ya real soon!
