Hi there, Garland! Welcome to planDisney.
I can see we have a bit of a timely situation on our hands, so let's jump right into your question. I do hope I have some good news for you. If you purchased your tickets on the Disneyland website, you would have made
theme park reservations as part of this process! If you tried to make additional reservations for these tickets, you would have received an error message. I am hoping this is the case, so let's take a look!
Open up your
Disneyland mobile app and head to the menu in the bottom right-hand corner. Tap into "Future Plans", and you will hopefully see your upcoming theme park reservation along with the number of guests included in that reservation. Any luck?
If for some reason this is not the case, one insider tip is that Guests are always changing their plans and the
theme park reservation calendar updates live to these modifications. Reservations can (and often do!) open up! I just took a look myself and October 27th is currently open for Park Hopper ticket holders! If this changes by the time you can take a look yourself, I would encourage you to keep refreshing, especially as we get closer to your date. Guests are asked to cancel reservations before 11:59 p.m. PST the evening before their park day if they will not be attending. This is when you will typically see some movement in the calendar.
If you have any specific questions about your tickets or reservations and would like to speak to someone directly, you can always give our
Guest Services team a call. While tickets are
nonrefundable, I do want to let you know that there is a little spark of magic that never fully burns out in each and every one.
Single-day tickets purchased this year do not expire until December 30, 2023. If you aren't able to make it to the parks by that date, you can always apply the value of your ticket towards the purchase of a new ticket!
Garland, I hope that we have found those reservations for you! I wouldn't want you to miss out on all the
Halloween Time fun happening throughout the Disneyland Resort! Speaking of, I just noticed that Disney California Adventure Park is hosting the Oogie Boogie Bash - A Disney Halloween Party on the 27th. While tickets to this event are sold out, I mentioned it to let you know that the park will close to day Guests at 6 p.m. that evening. You'll want to get all your web-slinging on
WEB SLINGERS: A Spider-Man Adventure and cruises on
Radiator Springs Racers done earlier in the day. You'll be able to hop on over to Disneyland Park to enjoy the rest of your evening! Be sure to make some time to catch Fantasmic! or Halloween Screams!
If you have any more questions, you know where to find us! We are always here for you at
planDisney!
Magic awaits!
