I'm so sorry you're having trouble making your
Disney Park Pass reservations. I know it can be frustrating when you've got all of your plans on hold because something isn't working correctly. I just tried to make a theme park reservation for myself to check it out, and I had some problems, too. Sometimes when I have issues, I try switching browsers, and that works. Chrome wasn't working for me, so I tried Microsoft Edge, and that one worked! I was also able to get it to load using Safari on my iPhone, so one of those options may help you.
If you've tried switching browsers and still can't get the Disney Park Pass page to work, you can
call Disney's Guest Relations at the number listed for "Website Support." A Cast Member will be able to help you diagnose the problem, or even make your theme park reservations for you.
