Hi Sofia,
Thanks for stopping by planDisney!
One (hopefully) helpful note about
Disneyland Resort theme park tickets and theme park reservations is that the process to buy tickets and make reservations was enhanced and made more convenient in mid-May. The Disneyland Resort changed the
Theme Park Tickets & Reservations system to guide Guests buying new tickets to
purchase their tickets and make their theme park reservations at the same time.
It's possible that this is the process that was in place when you purchased your tickets. If this is the case, then you would have been prompted to select the number of days for your tickets, then select the number of tickets, and then select the ticket type (in your case, you selected Park Hopper). Next, you would have been prompted to reserve your ticket dates and select your starting park for each of the days you selected. You would have bought your tickets and made your theme park reservations all at the same time. Previously, before this convenient enhancement, the buying of tickets and the making of theme park reservations were separate steps.
Sofia, my suggestion is to take a look at your
"My Theme Park Reservations" page to check if you can see your theme park reservations. I'm hopeful for you that you'll see your theme park reservations and all their details.
If it turns out that you're not able to locate your theme park reservations, you might want to
reach out to the Disneyland Resort Website Support team by calling (714) 520-6222. You can also reach out through the "Chat with Us" feature in the
Disneyland Resort mobile app.
Here's wishing you a wonderful visit to the Disneyland Resort theme parks, Sofia. And here's wishing you lots of Disney magic in your day today!
Jerry
