Hi there, Michael!
Thanks for stopping by
planDisney with your question about
Disneyland Resort theme park tickets. I’m glad to hear that a visit to the Happiest Place on Earth is on your springtime schedule!
I'm sorry, Michael, but
theme park tickets are non-refundable and can’t be downgraded to a ticket of lesser value. You have the option of saving your Park Hopper tickets for use during another visit and buying tickets that offer access to one park per day for use now. Plus, keep in mind that even after its expiration date, the price you paid for an unused ticket can be applied to the purchase of a new ticket in the future.
Speaking from personal experience, my family and I always prefer
Park Hopper tickets so we can experience the magic of both theme parks in a single day. You can pick the first theme park you want to enter when you make your
theme park reservation, and then you’ll be welcome to switch to the other park after 11:00 a.m. on the day of your visit. Plus, you can go back and forth between the parks as you wish for the rest of the day. It’s just a hop, skip, and a jump from
Disneyland Park to
Disney California Adventure Park, so it’s really easy to use your Park Hopper benefit to make the most of your time. I use the
Disneyland mobile app to check the current wait times and visit attractions accordingly, and I also love being able to enjoy daily entertainment offerings from both theme parks!
I hope this helps, Michael, and that your time at the Disneyland Resort is a dream come true! Please visit planDisney again as your pixie-dusted vacation draws near.
Wishing you magic,
Courtney
