Hi, Yuka,
It’s exciting to get to go to the Disneyland Resort. I hope the uncertainty with your ticket situation doesn’t dampen the fun!
Normally when purchasing
theme park tickets directly from Disney, your confirmation email includes a link to “Access Your eTickets.” That link displays information about your
Disney eTickets, including how many days the tickets may be used and what entitlements it may include, such as
Park Hopper or
Disney Genie+ service. That link will also display current
theme park reservations already associated with the tickets. The page also includes a link to print your eTicket, if you choose.
If your confirmation email does not include such a link, I recommend visiting the “
Ticket and Reservation Details” page. From there you can visit the “
My Theme Park Reservations” page to verify if you have current theme park reservations. Another place to check for your theme park tickets is in the
Disneyland mobile app. The “Tickets and Passes” screen of the app should display any valid tickets linked with your Disneyland Resort online account.
I hope your tickets are located through one of the above methods. If not, it may be helpful to submit an
email inquiry or
call the Disneyland Resort Tickets line. If you are physically present at the Disneyland Resort, you may stop by a Main Entrance Ticket Booth for more assistance. When inquiring about tickets, be sure to include your purchase confirmation number. Also, be prepared to follow up with a photo ID and the original form of payment if visiting the ticket booths.
I hope this helps get you one step closer to a magical visit to The Happiest Place on Earth, Yuka. Have a wonderful time!
