Hi, I bought my park hopper ticket for August 3rd, and I’m aware I have to make a theme park reservation, however, when I go to make the reservation it saids “This pass has reached it’s theme park reservation limit”, what exactly does this mean?

Hi Danielle! Welcome to planDisney! Thanks so much for stopping by our happy website to ask us this question. I'm happy to help!

Let's make sure you're all set to visit The Happiest Place on Earth this week! It's very likely that when you first purchased your Park Hopper Ticket, you were prompted to choose the first theme park you were planning to visit. This would have created your Theme Park Reservation. You can check to see if you already have a Theme Park Reservation by using the Disneyland Mobile App. Once on the app, tap the three bars in the bottom corner of the home screen and select "Future Plans." You should see any plans you have made, including Theme Park Reservations, here. You can also check for your Theme Park Reservation on the Disneyland website. On the home page, you can select "My Disneyland" and then, "Ticket and Reservation Details" to verify that you have a Theme Park Reservation. If by chance you discover that you don't have a Theme Park Reservation, you can call the Ticket Line at (714) 781-4636 for assistance with making your reservation since the system is not allowing you to make a Theme Park Reservation.

Before you arrive this week, be sure to download the Disneyland Mobile App to have easy access to your Theme Park Ticket when scanning for entry. You can also use the app to see attraction wait times, entertainment schedules, and dining options. It's nice to have so much information at your fingertips so you don't miss any of the great offerings!

I hope you have a magical visit at the Disneyland Resort! Please stop by planDisney again in the future when you have more planning questions. You've got a friend in us, and we would love to help!

    Happy Planning!
    Smiles,
    Lisa
