I bought a park hopper did I do this right? We wanted to go to the California park 1st then magic Kingdom.

    Welcome to planDisney, Josh!

From what you are describing, it seems like you are on the right track. To verify your theme park reservations, you can either visit the "My Theme Park Reservations" page of the Disneyland Resort website or the Disneyland mobile app. In the Disneyland app, you can find park reservation information for future dates on the “Future Plans” screen. To verify the reservation for today, visit the “My Genie Day” screen. You can also tap “Change Day” from the “My Day” screen to look forward to future dates. Your park reservation for the selected date is displayed at the top of the “My Day” tab.

If you want to visit Disney California Adventure Park first in your day, you will need to have that park selected for your first park of the day. If you need to change park reservations, first check the theme park reservation availability calendar. If the park you want to visit first is available, you can visit "My Theme Park Reservations" to cancel your current park reservation and book a new reservation with your same ticket. With Park Hopper tickets you will begin your day at the reserved park and then after 1:00 PM, you may choose to either remain in one park all day or hop over to the other park. No additional reservation for the other park is required.

I hope that helps get you ready for your visit to the Disneyland Resort, Josh. And I hope you have a magical time. With the return of evening spectaculars like the Main Street Electrical Parade and World of Color, you can ignite the night with even more magic.

    See ya real soon!
