I bought Park Hopper passes from the military base near my home town but I am having trouble registering them to my account so that I can make park reservations. What do I need to do in order to add them?

Hiya, Ashlee!

Welcome to planDisney! We’re so happy to hear from you! I hope you’re getting excited to visit The Most Magical Place on Earth!

You should be able to link your tickets on your Walt Disney World Resort account by hovering over the “My Disney Experience” tab, scrolling down and selecting the “My Plans” tab, selecting the “Tickets and Memory Maker” option, selecting the “Link Tickets” button under the “Tickets” icon, and then entering the ticket numbers on the back of your Park Hopper Option tickets (that you got from the military base) to correspond with each of your party members.

If you’re unable to link your tickets online using the ticket numbers, you should be able to get them linked to your account by calling a friendly Cast Member that specializes in existing tickets at (407) 566-4985. They’ve been very helpful for my family when we’ve had difficulties linking military discounted tickets to our accounts!
