I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing some difficulty getting the dates of your Theme Park Tickets changed. Technical difficulties aren't at all magical! I just chatted with a Cast Member to get to the root of the issue. She said you
should be able to change the dates of your tickets through My Disney Experience. If the mobile app isn't allowing you to make the change, first try logging into your
My Disney Experience account online and changing the dates there. Should you not have success there, the next step is to call the Ticketing Team at (407) 566-4985. A friendly Ticketing Guest Service Specialist will be happy to assist you!
Once you have your tickets all sorted out, go ahead and book your
Theme Park Reservations via the Disney Park Pass System right away. With your tickets ready and your Theme Park Reservations booked, you'll be all set to experience pixie-dusted adventures in the theme parks!
