You're off to a great start if you already purchased your theme park tickets in the Disneyland app. My guess is that you may have not received your official theme park tickets yet. If you bought a
Disneyland Resort Hotel Vacation Package, your Travel ePackage including your theme park tickets, will not arrive until 3 days prior to your arrival. You should have your official theme park tickets then, and you can use those tickets to scan for entry into the theme parks.
You'll also want to make sure you make your
theme park reservation! You can do this using your
Hotel Confirmation Number, and you'll need a valid theme park ticket and corresponding theme park reservation for either Disneyland Park or Disney California Adventure Park for each day you plan on visiting.
If you're still having issues, I do recommend reaching out a local travel agent in your area who specializes in trips to the Disneyland Resort for assistance. I'm sure a local travel agent with experience in booking Disneyland trips will be the perfect resource to assist, and ensure a smooth trip for you and your family!
