I bought a package for my upcoming stay at the Grand Californian. The hotel is linked and shows up in my Disneyland app. However, my park tickets do not. How do I get the tickets to show up in the "Tickets and Passes" section of the app?

    Hi there, Patrick,

You are very wise to make sure everything is “practically perfect in every way“ before you arrive at the Disneyland Resort. I’m happy to share information about how you can verify things are in place and you’ll be ready to enter a “world of yesterday, tomorrow and fantasy.”

When you purchase a Disneyland Resort Vacation Package, your hotel package reservation will be linked and visible from the My Hotel Reservations page online or from the “My Hotel Reservation” screen of the Disneyland mobile app. The theme park tickets portion of the package will be included in a Travel ePackage that is delivered electronically four days before you arrive at the resort. Your Travel ePackage will also include information and digital vouchers for savings and magical extras included with your Vacation Package.

Before your Travel ePackage arrives, it’s a good idea to also check on your theme park reservations. If you haven’t made your park reservations yet, start from the "My Hotel Reservations" page. From there, use the “Make Theme Park Reservations” button to proceed with booking park reservations. If you already have park reservations booked, you can take a look at them on the "My Theme Park Reservations" page.

Park reservations booked more than four days before your arrival will be linked to your Vacation Package. These park reservations will then automatically be linked to your theme park tickets when your Travel ePackage is delivered.

Tony’s Tip: You can also review your upcoming theme park reservations from the “Future Plans” screen of the Disneyland mobile app. After your Travel ePackage is delivered, the app is where you’ll find your park tickets. You’ll be able to see them on the “Tickets and Passes” screen of the app. Access this screen from the app’s ☰ feature menu.

Have a most magical time at the Disneyland Resort, Patrick!
