    Hi! We bought a package and want to link our tickets, but the tickets are not accessible. What do we do?

    I'm so glad to hear that you booked a Disneyland Resort vacation package! A package is a smart way to bundle your tickets and hotel reservation into one transaction.

    Actual theme park tickets will be linked to your Disneyland account four days before your arrival. However, you can use your vacation package confirmation number to make park reservations up to 120 days in advance. Here is how it works:

    • Start on the "Theme Park Tickets and Reservations" page. Click the "Make Park Reservations" button. 
    • After logging into your account, you'll be directed to the "My Theme Park Reservations" page. Scroll down and click the "Retrieve Hotel Reservation" button.
    • Enter your confirmation number, last name, and arrival date. You will then be directed back to make theme park reservations for your trip. 
    If you have Park Hopper tickets, you will make a theme park reservation for the park you want to start at each day. Then at 1:00 p.m., you can hop over to the other park.
