Let's first make sure you are checking in the correct location for those
theme park tickets in the
My Disney Experience Mobile App. When you open the app, click on the three bars in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen. Then click on Tickets and Passes. Or, if you are logging into
My Disney Experience online, click on My Plans and scroll down. Then click on the Tickets & Memory Maker tab on the left-hand side of the screen to check for your theme park tickets.
If you still do not see your tickets, I suggest that you
contact a Cast Member by phone in Website Support. They should be able to assist you with getting those tickets linked. As soon as you get them linked, be sure to make
Disney Park Pass system reservations. I trust that you already checked the
theme park reservation availability calendar for the dates of your visit before booking that
vacation package.
Given that you are traveling during
The World's Most Magical Celebration, I also recommend
advanced dining reservations. Since there are just two of you, you should be able to make some great reservations! If you prefer a bit more spontaneity with dining, you can always try
Mobile Dine Walk-up Availability and
Mobile Food & Beverage Ordering.
