    I bought Oogie Boogie tickets for my kids wo told me they cannot attend. How do I change the names on the tickets?

    Halloween Time at the Disneyland Resort is one of my favorite seasons at the resort! And, that is mainly because of Oogie Boogie Bash - A Disney Halloween Party! 

    I am so sorry to hear that your children are unable to attend this highly anticipated event. Although tickets are not eligible for resale, you are welcome to gift them! And, even though the event ticket is currently associated with your kids’ names, you are welcome to give away those wholly unused tickets to someone else who can attend. Once the eTickets are activated at the theme park entrance turnstiles, a photo will be taken of the Guest using the ticket. Then they will be properly tied to the Guest attending the event. Not the name listed on the ticket. 

    Also, I do recommend that the person receiving the tickets links them to their Disneyland Mobile App. Please instruct them to visit the “Tickets and Passes” section of the App and tap the ‘+’ symbol in the upper-right corner. Use the “Link Tickets & Passes” button to add each ticket. They’ll have the option to scan the ticket barcode or manually enter the numbers. Linking the tickets will allow them to use the Disneyland Mobile App to download the complimentary Disney PhotoPass photos included as part of this special event.
