I bought 5 one-day tickets to Magic Kingdom for May 31. I need to change 2 of those tickets to another park on another day for another person in our party. How can this be done?

Hey Howdy Hey Maria and welcome to planDisney!

One of the best parts about planning a trip to Walt Disney World Resort is the flexibility of your reservations and tickets. Most often, you will be able to modify any of these details on your own in your My Disney Experience account which should apply to your situation as well. Let's jump in as there are several steps to get this done.

Before you do anything, I would head over to the Theme Park Availability calendar to see if there is availability at the parks on the days you wanted to change the tickets to. As long as you still see availability for the park you wanted to change to, then you are clear for step two!

Next, you will go to your My Disney Experience page and scroll to the "My Plans, Reservation and Tickets" section. Look for the heading "Tickets & Memory Maker" and click on that. There you should see all your party members listed as well as the tickets they are assigned to. Under each member's name, you should also see a blue link titled "Change Ticket" which you will click on. There you should be able to select the party members you want to make changes for as well as select the date the ticket will be good for. Just know, that tickets are priced specifically for dates and parks, so you may see an extra charge if you are moving to a more expensive day or park.

Once you have your ticket moved, the next step is addressing your Them Park Reservations. On your My Disney Experience page under the "My Plans, Reservations and Tickets" section, you should see the original Theme Park Reservation for Magic Kingdom. If you click on "See Details" you should be given the option to "Cancel Reservation" as well as to select the members of the party you will be canceling them for. You would have to cancel the reservations and then rebook them rather than modify the dates and parks which you are unable to do at this time.

After this step, you will go back to the top of your page where you see all the icons at the top. Second, from the right, you should have an option for Park Reservation icons and when you hover over should bring up a link to "Make Reservations". Click that button and then make your reservations for the two modifications you made above and POOF, you are all set!

Now, this would be the quickest and easiest way to get this task done, however, there are several steps. If you feel that you would need some assistance in doing so, you can always call Disney at (407) 934-7639 and a Cast Member will be happy to help you through this process.

Good luck getting things changed over for your trip later this month and if you have any further questions please feel free to reach out and let us know, we would be happy to help!

    Have a Magical Day,
