I bought one day tickets online via the My Disney Experience. We are not staying at the resort, so we won't have magic bands or cards. I'm wondering how we will access our FastPass rides while we're there?

    Hello Petra!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I am happy to hear that you will soon be visiting the Walt Disney World Resort!

I can see that you are all set and have already bought theme park admission tickets online. Please note that you will need physical tickets to enter the parks. To get your ticket cards, simply bring the ticket purchase confirmation sent to your e-mail and a valid government photo ID to Guest Relations at Disney Springs or to any Will Call window located at the entrance of all four theme parks. You will be given a card that looks pretty much like a plastic credit card. You will use this card to enter the theme parks and to check in at FastPass+ entrances to redeem your experiences.

Thank you very much for stopping by, Petra. I hope this helps you while planning and that you have a magical visit!

    Best Disney wishes,
