I bought a one day ticket for $154 and would like to upgrade it to the 3-day socal ticket offer. How do I do that?

Hi there, Kristi. Welcome to planDisney! Thanks for taking the time to stop by with your question for us.

I’m so glad to see you’re planning a trip to the Happiest Place on Earth. What a delight it is that you’ll be taking advantage of the California Resident offer. It’s a great deal for a three-day visit between now and September 30, 2021. The good news is that, unlike regular multi-day tickets, you do not need to visit the theme parks within 2 weeks from your first use.

To upgrade your current tickets to the promotional tickets, you’ll just need to head to a Main Entrance ticket booth and a friendly Cast Member will gladly assist you. Just present the current ticket (you can show the ticket barcode on the Disneyland mobile app on your phone or on an email if you don’t have the physical ticket) and pay the difference for the upgrade. You’ll be asked to show a form of identification as proof of California residency. Once your transaction is processed, please don’t forget to make your theme park reservations for your visits as soon as possible to secure your desired dates.

If you have additional trip-planning questions, please don’t hesitate to visit us on planDisney again. We’re all EARS!

    See ya real soon,
    Kiki

Meet the Panelist: Kiki, California

Greetings from Northern California! I have been fascinated by the magic of Disney since I was a little girl; now that I am a mother of two, I love watching my children experience Disney Parks through their own eyes. I am also surrounded by fellow Disney-loving nurse friends whom I enjoy quick adults-only Disneyland Resort escapes with. Whether you are planning your once-in-a-lifetime family trip or a short adults-only getaway to the Happiest Place on Earth, I am here to help!
