I just bought a one day pass and it says I need to store it on my digital wallet. I have an android phone and do not have/or want a google wallet. Is there any way to store it on my disney account?

    Hiya Ron,

Welcome to planDisney! We are so happy that you are here and that your vacation to the Most Magical Place on Earth is right around the corner!

What a great question! While storing your theme park ticket in a digital wallet can be more seamless, I completely understand not wanting to have to use that method. There are other methods you can use, so let's chat about a couple you might like better. First, you can use the My Disney Experience mobile app. Once your theme park ticket is linked to your My Disney Experience account, you will be able to scan your ticket from the mobile app without adding it to an Apple or Google wallet. To link it to a My Disney Experience account, first download the app, then select the three horizontal lines in the bottom-right corner. Once you are on that page, you should click "My Tickets and Passes." If your ticket isn't already linked to your account, click the plus sign in the top corner, then select "Link Tickets and Passes." Follow the on-screen instructions and voila! Once your ticket is linked, you can scan it from your mobile app to enter the theme parks.

Now, Ron, I'll let you in on a secret: I generally don't love relying on my mobile device for my theme park ticket. My battery doesn't have as much stamina for a full "rope drop to park close" day as I do. If you are looking for a non-digital way to keep track of your theme park ticket, then get a Key to the World physical ticket card at a ticket counter at the theme parks. Just walk up to the counter, show the ticket barcode found in your email, and a Cast Member can help you link your theme park ticket to a physical card that you can use to enter the theme parks. Not only does this save your phone's battery, but it also gets you a fun keepsake from your day at the theme parks!

I hope this was helpful, Ron. Before I let you go, I'm not sure which theme park or parks you plan to visit during your trip, but be sure to check out EPCOT. One of my favorite festivals, EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays, is on during your visit and is not to be missed. From yummy treats to breathtaking entertainment, this festival has it all. Please come back and see us if you need anything else.

    Happy Planning,
