Hi there, I bought a one day Park Hopper ticket for a reserved day on Aug 10. When I went to reserve it said “my ticket has exceed reservation”? We did put as DCA as our first park and it allows me to “cancel my reservation” so is my reservation placed

Hello, Heidi! Thanks for bringing your question to planDisney!

Your trip to the Happiest Place on Earth is just around the corner! How exciting! When you purchased your one-day Park Hopper ticket and selected Disney California Adventure Park on August 10th, that was the only theme park reservation you needed to make. With a Park Hopper ticket, you make a theme park reservation for the park you want to start at each day. So, on August 10th, you will start your day at Disney California Adventure Park and then at 1:00 p.m., you can hop over to Disneyland Park. You can also hop back and forth the rest of the day (subject to park capacity limitations). To double check your theme park reservations, click the "Ticket and Reservation Details" link under the "My Disneyland" menu on the Disneyland Resort website.

If starting at Disney California Adventure Park wasn't your intention, you can cancel that reservation and make a new reservation to start at Disneyland Park. However, be sure to check the theme park reservation availability calendar to see if there are reservations available at Disneyland Park before cancelling your plans.

I hope this helps! Have a delightful time at the Disneyland Resort!
