What a great question! After putting my investigative reporting skills to work, I did find out that the Military Promotional Tickets are only available for sale at participating U.S. Military sales outlets by "Eligible Service Members." Unfortunately, the Military Promotional Ticket will not be able to be purchased at a Disneyland Ticket Booth at this time.
As you know, Mickey Mouse and his pals have been working really hard on the
