I bought non-Florida resident 2-day Disney tickets for my family. Everyone enjoyed the 1st day, but my daughter got the flu before the 2nd day & couldn't go to the park before returning home. Any chance of an new expiration date for her ticket?

    Hello, Catherine!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

OH, I am so sorry about your daughter getting sick at Walt Disney World!!  I know your whole family was disappointed she was not able to finish out your quick Disney vacation getaway.

My recommendation would be to call (407) W-DISNEY and speak to a Cast Member about what happened to your daughter. The Cast Member will then call Guest Relations and explain the situation. At that point, Guest Relations can make a determination to change the expiration date on her ticket. While there is no guarantee Guest Relations will honor your request, I DO know that Cast Members love to make the MAGIC for guests who encounter special circumstances like this.

If you have other questions, please let us know!  Please tell your daughter I hope she is feeling so much better!

    Have a MAGICAL day!
