Hi, I bought a non expired ticket back in 2006 and given the new ticket system and fast past system is it possible to have my ticket updated to the current ticket medium over the phone or does it have to be done in person.

    Hi Richard,

If you are trying to update your ticket to a RFID enabled ticket, you will have to do that in person. You can make the exchange at Guest Relations at any of the parks or at either of the Guest Relations locations at Downtown Disney.

If you are trying to add your ticket to a Magic Band, you might be able to do that through My Disney Experience. If you have difficulties, you can call (407) 939-7523.

Please let us know if you have any other questions.
Wishing you the best of luck,
    Amy H.
