    We just bought nine tickets under two purchases. However the website for reservations is down and unavailable

    Thanks for bringing your question to us at planDisney. It sounds like you're planning a big group venture to Disneyland Resort!

    It's my hope that when this reply reaches you, you've already successfully used the Theme Park Reservations system to make your reservations for Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park. While I'm not sure why the system was unavailable for you at the time, I'm hopeful that you're all set with your reservations now.

    One great piece of news I'm happy to share is that the Disneyland Resort theme park ticket purchase system is updated with new features. Now, you can purchase your theme park tickets and make your theme park reservations at the same time. The new convenient ticket buying process will guide you to purchase the ticket type you want and make your selections for reservations at the theme parks. If Guests purchased theme park tickets before this new feature became available, they can still sign in to their Disneyland Resort account to make theme park reservations.

    Be sure to check out all the updates to help you enjoy your visit to the theme parks.
