Hi there, Gahazielli!
Thank you for visiting
planDisney with your question about
Magic Key passes at the
Disneyland Resort. I hope your niece has been able to enjoy all the benefits of being a Magic Key holder over the past year and that you’ve perhaps been able to join her for some magical theme park visits!
Gahazielli, Magic Key passes (and all other forms of Disneyland Resort
theme park tickets) are for use by a single individual only and are non-transferable, so your niece’s existing pass cannot be renewed for or gifted to another person. A new, separate pass would have to be purchased for your niece's sister, but at this time, sales of new
Magic Keys are paused. Also, please keep in mind that passes are eligible for renewal up to 30 days before their expiration date, and if you allow your niece’s pass to expire, you won’t be able to purchase her one again until sales resume.
I hope this answers your question, Gahazielli. Please don’t hesitate to stop by again with any other questions you may have about Magic Key passes or any other aspect of planning a pixie-dusted visit to the Happiest Place on Earth!
Wishing you magic,
Courtney
