Hey there, Sheila!
Welcome to planDisney. I am thrilled to help you plan your
upcoming Walt Disney World Resort vacation.
Sheila, Walt Disney World Resort multi-day park hopper theme park tickets normally begin to expire after their first use. Older multi-day tickets
expire 14 days after their first use. Newer tickets
expire based on the length of the base ticket itself. However, there are exceptions to this rule!
I encourage you to verify whether or not your ticket is expired before you travel to Walt Disney World Resort. There are several ways to do so, including ways to do so from home!
Please e-mail
ticket.usage@disneyworld.com and include the following information:
- Photograph or scan of the front and back of your ticket
- Your full name
- Where and when ticket your ticket was purchased
- The purchaser’s name and form of payment used
- A phone number where you can be reached during the day
Please keep in mind that it can take them up to 14 days to reply. If you are traveling soon, please e-mail them as soon as possible!
Additionally, you can check the expiration date of your ticket and/or how many days are left on your ticket in person at Walt Disney World Resort. Please visit any of the following locations:
- Any of the ticket windows at the Walt Disney World Resort theme parks or water parks
-
Concierge desks at Disney Resort Collection hotels-
Guest Relations at Disney Springs
Sheila, I hope I have helped answer your question. If you have any additional questions, please visit planDisney again. I hope you have a magical time at Epcot!
Wishing you a Pixie Dusted Vacation,
