Hello... I bought multi-day ticket 2 years ago, before covid, but have now found that they may have expired? Is that possible, and we are really out $750? I did not think they expired. Can you help? Steve

    Hey Steve!
    Welcome to planDisney!
It looks like you’re wanting to get back to the Magic of the Disneyland Resort. A lot has changed in the past two years since you’ve purchased your tickets. One of my favorite additions to the Happiest Place on Earth has been Avengers Campus inside Disney California Adventure Park. From fun character interactions to amazing food office options of epic proportions, this new immersive land is fun for the whole family.
I’m sorry to hear that you were not able to use your tickets before they expired. All tickets purchased within the last few years to Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park have an expiration date. You’ll be happy to hear that although your tickets have expired you will still receive the value paid towards the purchase of new tickets. You’ll need to take your tickets to one of the ticket booths in the Esplanade at the Disneyland Resort and pay the price difference for a new ticket at current prices. The best thing to do now is to call Ticket Services to confirm that your tickets have expired and also so you get an idea of the price difference from your tickets to the purchase of new tickets.
Well Steve, let us know if you have any questions!
Remember, always believe in the Magic!
