Hello, Yasmine!
Welcome to planDisney! I certainly hope other than this small inconvenience, you're having a jolly holiday at Walt Disney World Resort. I am sure you're eager for some assistance so you can continue planning the magical details, so let's hop to it shall we?
I am assuming that since you were able to purchase
Lightning Lane Multi Pass, you must be stateside and may be currently visiting Walt Disney World Resort. If so, the easiest way to get help would be to visit
Guest Relations at one of the four theme parks or Disney Springs, or to ask at the front desk if you are staying at a Disney Resort Hotel.
If you aren't visiting the parks quite yet, you could also use the chat feature in the
My Disney Experience mobile app, in order to reach a helpful Cast Member. In the app you'll want to select the 3 horizontal lines in the bottom, right corner and scroll down to until you see "Chat With Us."
Lastly, you could
call Walt Disney World Resort to ask what your options are and how to best go about changing your Lightning Lane Multi Pass to the right date (subject to availability.) While I wish I had a more pixie-dusted answer for you, Yasmine, you'll have to speak to a Cast Member through one of these channels to find out if a transfer is available and how to do it if it is.
After using both Lightning Lane Multi Pass and Lightning Lane Single Pass on a vacation a few weeks ago, I can tell you that it does get easier and we found it a great way to experience a few of our favorite attractions with less of a wait.
Have a wonderful rest of your vacation, Yasmine. Please send us another question if there is anything else we are able to help you with.
Magical Wishes,
Lauren
