I bought a multi days ticket in mid dec and it hasn’t been used, today I could not find the ticket in my account anymore, what would be the reason?

    Hey there, Jefrey!

Welcome to planDisney. We're so glad you've decided to stop by with an excellent Walt Disney World Resort vacation planning question! It looks like your journey to The Most Magical Place on Earth  begins in just a few short days. Oh boy! Let's get you ready for a magical and memorable vacation.

Jefrey, I understand you purchased a multi-day theme park ticket recently but cannot locate the ticket in your My Disney Experience account today. Recently, some Walt Disney World Resort-loving pals mentioned they had similar issues, with theme park admission either disappearing or used tickets reappearing in their accounts. First, I'd take a peek back through your email inboxes for a confirmation email. (You would likely have received this at the time of purchase or soon thereafter.) Next, try re-linking the tickets to your account by clicking the "My Disney Experience" tab on the Walt Disney World Resort webpage, hovering over "Park Tickets," and selecting "Link Tickets." Walk through the process to add the tickets to your account once more, if possible. Jefrey, don't forget that Guests must also make theme park reservations for any visits taking place before January 9, 2024!

If that doesn't work, I recommend reaching out to the friendly Cast Members at the Existing Tickets phone line for additional help. I encourage you to have your confirmation email handy in case you need to reference your confirmation number or any purchase details. Alternatively, you may stop by any theme park ticket booth or the Disney Ticket Center at Disney Springs once you arrive on-site for in-person assistance!

Jefrey, you'll be visiting during one of my favorite times of year - the Walt Disney World Marathon Weekend. During this very special runDisney race weekend, runners from all over the world flock to The Most Magical Place on Earth to traverse magical miles through the theme parks and resort areas! Be sure to give yourself a little extra time to commute to the theme parks on race mornings, and try to rely on your Disney Resort hotel transportation, if possible, to avoid any road closures due to the races.

I hope you've found these suggestions helpful, Jefrey! I am wishing you a spectacular vacation at The Most Magical Place on Earth. If you have any additional planning questions, feel free to revisit us at planDisney anytime. We're all ears!

    See ya real soon,

    Lauren
