Hello Itzia!
A warm welcome from all of us here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel! We’re so glad you stopped by!
I’m so sorry to hear that you had to cancel your trip back in April. I would have been checking into
Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa this week so we’re in this together! The phased reopening of the Downtown Disney District has begun and the classic
World of Disney store is open! They’re all ready to celebrate Disneyland’s 65th Anniversary and have a wide variety of merchandise to celebrate! I know it’s not the parks, but that means we're a little bit closer to getting back to
Disneyland Park and
Disney California Adventure Park!
At this time, the Disneyland Resort has announced that regular wholly unused multi-day tickets will only be valid until their expiration date. Without seeing what kind of tickets you have, it is difficult to determine if these are regular tickets or one of the tickets from the various promotions this year.
Check to see if you have any of these other tickets that would have different extension rules with a new extension date. If you're still unsure what kind of tickets you have, I would call
Ticket Services to be sure. At times, certain expired tickets can apply the paid value towards a new ticket and you would just pay any price difference that may be applicable at the time.
With the park opening date postponed, and if you do end up having a regular ticket, I would continue to check
Disneyland.com for any changes on extensions. This ticket information was in place when the Disneyland Resort had a tentative opening date of Mid July.
Well Itzia, I hope you’re staying safe and you can work out something that works for you and your family.
Remember, always believe in the Magic!
Andres!
