I bought 4 multi day max pass tickets to Disneyland this past December for a June 2020 trip. If I am unable to visit Disneyland until 2022 will the amount that I paid for my tickets still be good for a credit for tickets purchased for that 2022 visit?

    Hello Brad!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! We’re happy to have you here! Thanks for the great question!

If your plans have changed, the Disneyland Resort makes it easy for you to enjoy a memorable vacation when the time is right for you and your family! Wholly unused multi-day tickets are valid for a future visit through the end of the stated expiration date. If you purchased 4-day tickets online and will be unable to use them before the stated expiration date, don’t worry! According to eTicket Terms & Conditions, unless otherwise stated, the amount paid for any wholly unused, expired Disneyland Resort theme park ticket (with the exception of Special Event Tickets) may be applied towards the purchase of a new theme park admission ticket at the current price. The new ticket purchase price must be equal to or greater than the amount paid for the original ticket. So when you’re ready to visit the Disneyland Resort, simply go to a Main Entrance ticket booth, or a Guest Relations location inside the theme park to apply your eligible ticket amount towards the new ticket purchase. You mentioned you added Disney MaxPass. The amount paid for that feature will go towards the new tickets as well.
