Hey Delilah!
Welcome to
planDisney!
An enchanting trip awaits to the Happiest Place on Earth! The end of August is a great time to visit Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park as you'll get to enjoy summer in the Parks and a lot of the surrounding school districts are back in session so things are a little bit quieter before the start of Halloween Time at the Disneyland Resort. Do me a favor and check the entertainment schedule for your visit and make sure you catch
“Magic Happens” Parade. This upbeat parade features your favorites from the Disney Animation movies you love and will sure to bring a smile to your face.
Without seeing your tickets it's hard to say if they are still valid and haven't expired. If you purchased them last August directly from Disney they should still be valid and able to be used this August if they are whole and unused. There should be an expiration date on your Disneyland account that you can see on the Disneyland app under Tickets and Passes or on the website under Tickets and Reservation Details. You can also call
Ticket Services and they can take a look at your account to see exactly when your tickets expire. Whole and unused tickets that expire retain their value that can be put towards the purchase of new tickets. This can be done in person at one of the main Entrance Ticket booths. Once you begin to use a multi-day ticket, it expires 13 days after the first day of use and any remaining days that were not used are forfeited. If you had a 5-day ticket and only used it two of the days last August then the remaining days are no longer valid since they were not used within the 13-day period.
Well Delilah, let us know if you need help with anything else.
Remember, always believe in the Magic!
