Hi there, Christopher, and thanks for stopping by planDisney!
Your magical vacation begins tomorrow, and I couldn’t be more excited for you! You and your family are going to make so many magical memories together. I’m so sorry to hear that your mother-in-law won’t be able to join you, though. Unfortunately,
Disneyland Resort tickets are non-refundable, and can’t be applied to a
Disney Gift Card. Even though you can’t get a refund, as long as the ticket hasn’t expired, you can schedule a new
theme-park reservation to use the ticket at another time. If you aren’t able to use it until after it expires, there’s still hope! Typically, you should be able to apply the amount you paid for the ticket toward the purchase of a new ticket for a future visit, so you can keep the magic alive! I hope you’re able to figure out a way to use the extra ticket, Christopher!
To help you prepare for your visit tomorrow, I pulled up the
Entertainment Schedule. Here, you can see park hours, and check which attractions are under refurbishment. If you’ll be spending time in
Disneyland Park, I highly recommend ending your day with
Mickey’s Mix Magic with Projections – it’s a good, good, good, a good time! The music will stay with you for the rest of the night, it’s so catchy! I suggest watching it on Main Street, U.S.A. to get a great view of the awesome projections.
Wishing you a magical, pixie-dusted visit to the
Happiest Place on Earth!
Kristin
